Active Sports Therapy offers injury assessment, injury treatment, rehabilitation and sports massage to the highest level. A variety of techniques are used; including joint mobilisation, soft tissue manipulation and exercise prescription.

Sports Massage
We also offer sports massage for individuals who may have post event, delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) or for those who would like a pre/post event massage to help reduce the affect of DOMS and promote muscle recovery and tone. We also offer massage to those who would desire a sports massage

Sports Therapy
Active Sports Therapy understands the high demands sport and work activity can have on the body; treating injuries to muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and nerves. An initial assessment will be carried out to help identify any underlying causes and to design a personal treatment plan to promote recovery as soon as possible.

Treatment techniques used range from joint mobilisations, exercise-based rehab, neural mobilisations and sports massage. Treatment techniques will be integrated where necessary.
