Introduction

We will ask for:

• injury.

This data is used to fulfil orders and is not passed on to any third party.
*All information collected s destroyed after a period of 6 months.
** We may use your email address in marketing OUR service and products; this would be via a bulk email system, where you have the option to opt out of receiving further emails.  If at the point of ordering you do not wish to receive such email please notify us.

What rights do I have?
You have the right to ask the Active Sports Therapy for a copy of your personal data, to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data. You can also request a specific set or piece of information, or information about how your data has been used and shared. (Note that organisations are no longer able to charge a fee for this, and the information must be provided within 30 days.)
